Yuma Truss was founded in 1994 by our president, a registered Professional Engineer in both Arizona and California. Under his leadership we have prospered to add a second truss plant. At Yuma Truss, we value our team and understand that cooperative effort is greater than the sum of individual skills. We accomplish team work, through top down leadership, bottom up communication, production quality control, mentorship programs, intra-departmental design, and employee development.
Yuma Truss, a stand alone company, is part of the Edais Group. Edais Group’s mission is to serve the customer from conception to completion. The Edais Group consists of Edais Geotechnical testing, Edais Engineering, Advanced Framing Concepts and Yuma Truss. These entities are combined to provide the customer with quality designs grounded with the breadth of understanding and scope second-to-none in the area.
Yuma Truss recognizes the importance of giving back to the community. Three of our most recent community projects have been donations to habitat for humanity, safe house, and a project at Yuma Wetland Park. We have also made it our commitment to insure that Yuma truss is a leader in responsible environmental stewardship by recycling, wise use practices, purchasing material from sustainable-yield forests, and paperless production practices.
Current International Building Code requires all truss manufacturers to have a quality control program certification by a third party inspection agency.
